ZMAIL™

The Zmail solution allows anyone to verifiably notarize, digitally sign, send, receive, and confirm receipt of secure documents and email, with no prior experience, no email address change, no installation, and no download. Zmail is a better, faster, and more cost-effective alternative to overnight delivery using FedEx™ or other services.

Zmail is a secure email interface that uses the software and email address that you already have. Zmail technology provides end-to-end email message security without changing email, with zero-footprint.

Zmail is both secure and usable. There is no download or installation process. Zmail uses the ZSentry secure access technology developed by NMA, Inc. and field-proven since 2001. The ZSentry login looks like the familiar username/password solution, that almost no users have difficulty with, but with no password list in the servers.

Zmail security is assured with spoof and phishing prevention, two-factor authentication, and standard cryptographic functions for strong authentication and 128-bit encryption. Zmail also protects the user's decryption key, signing key, usercode, and password; they are not stored anywhere. Zmail complies with HIPAA, FFIEC, GLBA, SOA, SB 1386 and ISO 17799 regulations.

ZVOTE™

Zvote is a Zmail Application. The zmail security and privacy features combine, under user management, to provide a complete voting and election administration solution.

ZAPP™

The secure and private communication channel established by zmail can also be used to directly provide a number of Zmail Applications (ZAPP), such as secure voting with zvote, or bidding, payments, e-commerce, and access control functionality. Some of these Zmail Applications may have additional methods provided by zmail and also by the customer.
